David has been fascinated with the art of dough making for over 10 years. His passion has led to him to countless hours of reading and testing recipes and taking time to study and pick the brains of some of the country's best pizzas makers (Tony Gemignani, Giulio Adriani, Joe Beddia, Daniel (Pizza Gut) Gutter to name a few). All of his family and friends have been the lucky recipients of these tests over the years until they have pushed him to start letting the world enjoy his amazing dough. With the help of his wife Ana, they set out to provide the highest quality pizza at local private events & local establishments that do not have kitchens. After about 2 years of being a mobile Pizza Company Pizza Jawn had finally opened a Brick and Mortar shop on Main Street in Manayunk PA.
